Painting Duties are but are not limited to, daily painting chores that include: Painters are responsible for performing general physical activities, such as climbing ladders, working on scaffolding, and applying plaster, stucco, or related material. They should be able to cut or paste wall covering material, use hand or power tools, read a tape measure, fabricate, assemble and disassemble manufactured products by hand and estimate time or cost for installation, r. This is a welding and fabrication opportunity with Le Parc Homeowners Association in Los Angeles, Los Angeles County. Welding and metal fabrication — joining, cutting, and shaping steel and other metals. Welders read fabrication drawings and produce strong, precise joints in shop or field settings.
What you'll do
- Weld using MIG, TIG, or stick as required
- Read and interpret fabrication drawings
- Cut and grind metal to spec
- Inspect welds for strength and quality
- Follow shop safety and PPE requirements
