The Painter works as part of a construction team to renovate and repair residential apartment buildings. Responsibilities include maintaining the aesthetic and protective finishes of residential units and common areas . This role involves both the restoration of vacated units to move-in conditions and the ongoing maintenance of the building’s exterior and shared interior spaces.
