About this role

Putzmeister is seeking a Painter A for 2nd Shift to apply high-quality industrial coatings to heavy equipment and fabricated components in our manufacturing facility. In this hands-on role, you will prepare metal surfaces, mix and apply primers and topcoats using spray systems, and ensure finishes meet strict engineering and quality standards. Working in an engineering-driven, safety-focused environment, you’ll collaborate with welding, assembly, and quality teams to support on-time production. This is a welding and fabrication opportunity with Putzmeister in Sturtevant, Racine County. Welding and metal fabrication — joining, cutting, and shaping steel and other metals. Welders read fabrication drawings and produce strong, precise joints in shop or field settings.
