Field Team | General Laborers OVERVIEW & QUALIFICATIONS Michael Kinder and Sons (MKS), a fourth-generation family-owned Design-Build Construction Firm is seeking hard-working, dedicated individuals to join the field team. Michael Kinder and Sons is building a highly motivated field team that will contribute to a growing organization by providing a quality finished product from start to finish. AVAILABLE POSITIONS Carpenter | Carpenter's primary work performed is cutting, shaping. This is a carpentry opportunity with MKS in Eel River, Whitley County. Carpentry and cabinetry — framing, trim, cabinetry, and finish work. Carpenters measure, cut, and assemble wood and composite materials for both rough and fine finishing.
What you'll do
- Frame walls, install trim, doors, and cabinetry
- Measure and cut lumber accurately
- Read and work from construction drawings
- Use saws, drills, and finishing tools
- Ensure level, square, and plumb results
