About this role

Must have good basic knowledge of drywall repairs, plumbing, light electrical and power tools and equipment. • Must be able to perform janitorial duties. Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors, empty trash and recycling bins, dust and wipe down surfaces, occasionally utilize ladders to clean and dust walls, ceilings, and light fixtures. Cleaning bathrooms to washing walkways, blowing parking lots, cleaning elevators. • Contribute to ma. This is a electrical opportunity with Esplanade Equity in South Pasadena, Pinellas County. Electrical installation, maintenance, and repair for residential, commercial, or industrial sites. Work ranges from running conduit and pulling wire to troubleshooting circuits and reading electrical plans.

  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems
  • Read blueprints and wiring diagrams
  • Test circuits and ensure NEC compliance
  • Assist licensed electricians as needed
