We are seeking an experienced, dependable maintenance professional who can confidently handle resident work orders, apartment turns, preventative maintenance, and general building repairs. This is a events and setup opportunity with Career Strategies - Minneapolis in Saint Paul, Ramsey County. Event setup, teardown, and staging. Crews assemble stages, seating, and equipment, then break down and reset venues quickly between events.
What you'll do
- Set up and tear down staging and seating
- Move and stage equipment and furniture
- Follow event layouts and timelines
- Assist with load-in and load-out
- Keep the venue clean and safe
