MIG Welder This role focuses on MIG welding mild steel, aluminum, and stainless steel to fabricate agricultural equipment and related products according to detailed blueprint specifications. You prepare your own parts using shop equipment, complete welding and assembly work both inside the shop and outside in the yard, and perform your own finishing and grinding to deliver high-quality, production-ready components. Welding and metal fabrication — joining, cutting, and shaping steel and other metals. Welders read fabrication drawings and produce strong, precise joints in shop or field settings.
