About this role

\n Bay BIM Designs is working with a reputable mechanical contracting company to recruit and hire an experienced Mechanical / Plumbing BIM Specialist to join their growing mechanical contracting team. \n \n This is not simply a Revit drafting position. We are looking for someone who understands how mechanical and plumbing systems are actually fabricated, coordinated, and installed in the field and can translate that knowledge into accurate, constructible BIM models and shop draw. This is a plumbing opportunity with Bay BIM Designs in Kitsap Lake, Kitsap County. Plumbing installation and repair for water, drain, and gas systems. Involves running pipe, setting fixtures, and diagnosing leaks or blockages in homes and commercial buildings.

What you'll do

  • Install and repair pipes, fixtures, and water heaters
  • Diagnose leaks, clogs, and pressure issues
  • Cut, thread, and solder pipe
  • Read plans and follow plumbing code
  • Assist licensed plumbers on service calls
