About this role
Compensation: Starting pay: $18.95/hour Day Shift: Monday–Thursday 5:00 AM – 3:30 handling experience Ability to safely operate forklifts, lift trucks, or similar equipment High experience Inventory control or warehouse experience Familiarity with FIFO inventory. This is a warehouse and logistics opportunity with Goodwin Recruiting in Markle, IN. Warehouse, picking, packing, and material handling. Associates move inventory, fulfill orders, and keep the floor organized and safe, often operating forklifts or pallet jacks.
What you'll do
- Pick, pack, and stage orders accurately
- Load and unload trucks and pallets
- Operate forklifts or pallet jacks (if certified)
- Scan and track inventory
- Keep the warehouse clean and organized
