About this role

GENERAL PURPOSE: Responsible for the safe and efficient movement of raw materials, work-in-process inventory, and finished goods throughout the warehouse and production areas. Operates material handling equipment to transport and stage materials, ensuring production lines remain supplied and operations run smoothly. Loads and unloads materials from incoming and outgoing trucks, verifies shipments, and maintains accurate inventory movement. Adheres to all safety, quality, and housekeeping standa. This is a warehouse and logistics opportunity with Smurfit Westrock in Lanett, Chambers County. Warehouse, picking, packing, and material handling. Associates move inventory, fulfill orders, and keep the floor organized and safe, often operating forklifts or pallet jacks.
