About this role

BAE Systems is looking for a Maintenance Manager I to join our CMS team with primary oversight of manufacturing maintenance activities. As a Maintenance Manager I, you will be responsible for all aspects of maintenance performance at the Aiken, SC site with a focus on: Lead, manage, and supervise the workforce crafts, vendors, and contractors on multiple shifts responsible for maintaining and repairing site infrastructure and equipment. Maintain positive and productive working. This is a production and manufacturing opportunity with BAE Systems in Dunbarton, Aiken County. Production, assembly, and machine operation on the factory floor. Operators run equipment, assemble products, and meet quality and output targets.
