Now Hiring: Make Ready Technician | Irving, TX 75039 Pay: $18-$19/hr Schedule: Monday-Friday Location: Irving, TX 75039 BG Staffing is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Make Ready Technician for an apartment community in Irving, TX. This role is responsible for preparing vacant units for new residents while assisting with general maintenance tasks and work orders throughout the property. Responsibilities: Complete apartment make-readies, including paintin. This is a painting opportunity with BG Staffing in Irving, Dallas. Interior and exterior painting and surface prep. Painters prep, prime, and coat surfaces, protecting finishes and delivering clean lines for homes and commercial spaces.
What you'll do
- Prep surfaces — sand, patch, tape, and prime
- Apply paint, stain, and coatings evenly
- Protect floors, fixtures, and landscaping
- Mix and match colors to spec
- Clean up and maintain equipment
