Maintenance & Training Manager Woodland, CA | Full-Time | On-Site About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Maintenance & Training Manager to lead equipment reliability, preventive maintenance, technical training, and workforce development within a medical device manufacturing environment. This newly created leadership role will be responsible for maximizing equipment uptime, improving maintenance processes, developing standardized training programs, and ensuring technicians and production. This is a events and setup opportunity with Talnt in Woodland, Randolph County. Event setup, teardown, and staging. Crews assemble stages, seating, and equipment, then break down and reset venues quickly between events.

What you'll do

  • Set up and tear down staging and seating
  • Move and stage equipment and furniture
  • Follow event layouts and timelines
  • Assist with load-in and load-out
  • Keep the venue clean and safe
