About this role

We are currently seeking an Apartment Maintenance to join our team! You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks. Responsibilities: Complete work and repair work orders in a timely fashion Estimate time and extent of repairs Perform routine preventive maintenance Maintain material and supply inventory Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary ​ Qualifications: Previous experience in maintenance or other related fiel. This is a events and setup opportunity with Privately owned in Kingsport, Sullivan County. Event setup, teardown, and staging. Crews assemble stages, seating, and equipment, then break down and reset venues quickly between events.

  • Move and stage equipment and furniture
  • Follow event layouts and timelines
  • Assist with load-in and load-out
  • Keep the venue clean and safe
