We are ready to hire! Trimark is a Gainesville-based real estate developer and property management firm founded in 1992. We believe in “Location, Location, Location." Our communities are steps from UF, Gainesville’s Midtown and Innovation District, and UF Health (Shands. This is a carpentry opportunity with Trimark Properties LLC in Gainesville, Alachua County. Carpentry and cabinetry — framing, trim, cabinetry, and finish work. Carpenters measure, cut, and assemble wood and composite materials for both rough and fine finishing.

What you'll do

  • Frame walls, install trim, doors, and cabinetry
  • Measure and cut lumber accurately
  • Read and work from construction drawings
  • Use saws, drills, and finishing tools
  • Ensure level, square, and plumb results
