Maintenance Technicians are responsible for specific job responsibilities on various properties that are designated to them. They will perform a variety of duties in support of the maintenance and repair of municipal buildings, facilities, and grounds; performing a variety of semi-skilled and skilled building trade duties including carpentry, drywall, painting, plumbing, electrical, roofing and a variety of other building maintenance work; techni. Work ranges from running conduit and pulling wire to troubleshooting circuits and reading electrical plans.

  • Assist licensed electricians as needed
