Maintenance Technician Public Buildings
About this role
This position, under general supervision, performs repairs and preventative maintenance to City buildings and may be involved in renovation and demolition projects periodically. This is a events and setup opportunity with Clemson Police Department in Clemson, Pickens County. Event setup, teardown, and staging. Crews assemble stages, seating, and equipment, then break down and reset venues quickly between events.

- Set up and tear down staging and seating
- Move and stage equipment and furniture
- Follow event layouts and timelines
- Assist with load-in and load-out
- Keep the venue clean and safe
