A Faith-Based, Nonprofit, Short-Term Rehabilitation and Skilled Geriatric Care facility sponsored by the Carmelite Sisters for the Aged and Infirm, we've served the community since 1971. We are a place of life, a place of caring, and more importantly, a true home for our residents. We are seeking a Maintenance Technician – TEMPORARY (for up to 6 months to cover a leave) . This is a Local 342 Union job. Schedule = 12:00 a. This is a maintenance and facilities opportunity with Ozanam Hall in Bayside Hills, Queens. General maintenance and facilities upkeep. Handypeople handle repairs across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting to keep buildings running smoothly.
