Part-time Description Somerset Pacific is seeking a part-time energetic, experienced, multi-family property Maintenance Technician for our Rockwell Court property located in Rexburg, Idaho. The position is responsible for assisting in day-to-day and preventative maintenance of the apartment community. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and repair experience. This position is 25 hours per week, Monday -. This is a events and setup opportunity with Somerset Pacific [161635] in Rexburg, Madison County. Event setup, teardown, and staging. Crews assemble stages, seating, and equipment, then break down and reset venues quickly between events.
