About this role
Invitation Homes seeks a Maintenance Technician II to support our single-family rental portfolio. In this role, you will perform intermediate-level maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on homes and related systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliances. You’ll complete work orders, conduct inspections, and ensure homes are safe, functional, and move-in ready. Work includes emergency and scheduled maintenance, vendor coordination, and detailed documentation. You’ll. This is a electrical opportunity with Invitation Homes in Brooklyn Park, Hennepin County. Electrical installation, maintenance, and repair for residential, commercial, or industrial sites. Work ranges from running conduit and pulling wire to troubleshooting circuits and reading electrical plans.

- Read blueprints and wiring diagrams
