About this role

CRMG is looking for a Maintenance Technician I who can perform the daily upkeep and cleanliness of the buildings, landscaping, amenities, parking lot, and trash areas at the lease-up property Woodland Hearth (63 units) and Plambeck Gardens (116 units). The Maintenance Technician I will assist with essential maintenance duties including repairs, carpentry, electrical, painting, landscaping, and plumbing tasks under the guidance of experienced maintena. This is a electrical opportunity with CRMG in Portland, Fremont County. Electrical installation, maintenance, and repair for residential, commercial, or industrial sites. Work ranges from running conduit and pulling wire to troubleshooting circuits and reading electrical plans.

What you'll do

  • Install wiring, conduit, outlets, and fixtures to code
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems
  • Read blueprints and wiring diagrams
  • Test circuits and ensure NEC compliance
  • Assist licensed electricians as needed
