In so doing, significant contributions are made to the safety, well-being and comfort of residents and employees. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Complete assigned work requests procedures and assigned preventative maintenance work orders as assigned by supervisor or department director such as, but not limited to: appliance r. This is a landscaping and grounds opportunity with Covenant Living Communities and Services in Knoxville, Knox County. Landscaping, lawn care, and grounds maintenance. Crews mow, trim, plant, and maintain outdoor spaces, keeping properties healthy and attractive year-round.

  • Mow, edge, trim, and blow properties
  • Plant, mulch, and maintain beds
  • Operate mowers, trimmers, and blowers
  • Install and maintain irrigation
  • Remove debris and keep sites tidy
