About this role

Maintenance Technician Respond and , including cleaning and Communicate each day' s activities mechanical, plumbing, pneumatic/electronic , and/or general building painting, minor drywall and wood and exterior landscaping as well as Certification: Driver' s License. This is a plumbing opportunity with Marriott International Inc in Perris, CA. Plumbing installation and repair for water, drain, and gas systems. Involves running pipe, setting fixtures, and diagnosing leaks or blockages in homes and commercial buildings.

What you'll do

  • Install and repair pipes, fixtures, and water heaters
  • Diagnose leaks, clogs, and pressure issues
  • Cut, thread, and solder pipe
  • Read plans and follow plumbing code
  • Assist licensed plumbers on service calls
