About this role
Monroe Group is looking for a talented Maintenance Technician to help support our Senior residents at Shadyway. This is a full-time position with benefits, company-paid time off, and a $500.00 signing bonus paid after three months, along with a $1,500.00 retention bonus paid after six months of employment. The maintenance technician is responsible for completing general building maintenance repairs and performs unit make-ready duties on. This is a maintenance and facilities opportunity with Monroe Group LTD in Wichita, Sedgwick County. General maintenance and facilities upkeep. Handypeople handle repairs across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting to keep buildings running smoothly.
