This role is ideal for a well-rounded maintenance professional who can independently handle routine repairs, preventive maintenance, tenant work orders, general bui. This is a landscaping and grounds opportunity with Verterra Property Management in Miami Gardens, Miami-Dade County. Landscaping, lawn care, and grounds maintenance. Crews mow, trim, plant, and maintain outdoor spaces, keeping properties healthy and attractive year-round.

What you'll do

Mow, edge, trim, and blow properties
Plant, mulch, and maintain beds
Operate mowers, trimmers, and blowers
Install and maintain irrigation
Remove debris and keep sites tidy
