Maintenance Technician Reports To: Facilities Manager Location: CWR/CWPM Compensation: $24.50 to $28.00 per hr. and a comprehensive benefits package FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Position Description: Reporting to the Facilities Manager and Lead Maintenance Tech; the Maintenance Technician is primarily responsible for assisting in all aspects of facility maintenance, renovation and repairs. Duties include, but are not limited to, general maintenance, HVAC, e. This is a HVAC opportunity with COCM - Case Western Reserve in Lakewood, Cuyahoga County. Heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning install and service. Technicians install units, charge refrigerant, and diagnose airflow and electrical faults in residential and commercial systems.

- Install and service HVAC units and ductwork
- Diagnose refrigerant, airflow, and electrical issues
- Perform seasonal maintenance and tune-ups
- Follow EPA refrigerant-handling rules
- Communicate repairs clearly to customers
