About this role
The Work You keep our Lafayette and Delphi properties running. Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor and the Director of Maintenance, you own the day-to-day well-being of the buildings, systems, and grounds. When a furnace quits on a cold night, you are the reason a family stays warm. When a vacant unit turns in five days, you are the reason someone walks into a home that feels brand new. You will drive your own reliable vehicle between properties. We reimburse. This is a landscaping and grounds opportunity with Teays Valley Property Managment in Lafayette, Tippecanoe County. Landscaping, lawn care, and grounds maintenance. Crews mow, trim, plant, and maintain outdoor spaces, keeping properties healthy and attractive year-round.
What you'll do
- Mow, edge, trim, and blow properties
- Plant, mulch, and maintain beds
- Operate mowers, trimmers, and blowers
- Install and maintain irrigation
- Remove debris and keep sites tidy
