The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing general maintenance, repairs, inspections and preventative upkeep across the company’s rental properties. This hands-on role ensures that properties remain in excellent condition, are safe, and are ready for guest arrivals. The ideal associate is skilled, reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while providing excellent service. Mike Z Rentals specializes in high-quality vacat. Crews assemble stages, seating, and equipment, then break down and reset venues quickly between events.
What you'll do
- Set up and tear down staging and seating
- Move and stage equipment and furniture
- Follow event layouts and timelines
- Assist with load-in and load-out
- Keep the venue clean and safe
