About this role
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for responding to daily work orders in occupied units and communal areas across residential and commercial properties. This role emphasizes timely, high-quality repairs, effective communication, and maintaining building systems to reduce downtime and support a positive resident experience. Key Responsibilities - Respond to work orders involving plumbing, electrical, HVAC troubleshooting, carpentry, and general building re. This is a electrical opportunity with Smart Asset Management in Racine, Racine County. Electrical installation, maintenance, and repair for residential, commercial, or industrial sites. Work ranges from running conduit and pulling wire to troubleshooting circuits and reading electrical plans.
What you'll do
- Install wiring, conduit, outlets, and fixtures to code

- Assist licensed electricians as needed
