As a Make Ready Service Technician , you play an important role in helping us deliver on our mission of building Thriving Communities. You are responsible for maintaining our affordable rental communities so that they remain high quality homes for working families. Your role ensures everything operates smoothly, from responding to resident requests to tackling plumbing and electrical issues. You are a dedicated hands-on problem solver who drives value in multiple areas of building maintenance. This is a electrical opportunity with Dream Live Prosper Communities in Corpus Christi, Nueces County. Electrical installation, maintenance, and repair for residential, commercial, or industrial sites. Work ranges from running conduit and pulling wire to troubleshooting circuits and reading electrical plans.
What you'll do
- Install wiring, conduit, outlets, and fixtures to code
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems
- Read blueprints and wiring diagrams
- Test circuits and ensure NEC compliance
- Assist licensed electricians as needed
