Maintenance Technician
About this role
As a Maintenance Technician at Cargill in our Manufacturing Engineering, Maintenance & Asset Management team, you will maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production equipment to ensure safe, reliable plant operations. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems, respond to breakdowns, and support root cause analysis to reduce downtime. Collaborating with engineers and operators, you’ll help implement continuous improvement, follow stri. This is a electrical opportunity with Cargill in Racine, Racine County. Electrical installation, maintenance, and repair for residential, commercial, or industrial sites. Work ranges from running conduit and pulling wire to troubleshooting circuits and reading electrical plans.
What you'll do
- Install wiring, conduit, outlets, and fixtures to code
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems
- Read blueprints and wiring diagrams
- Test circuits and ensure NEC compliance
- Assist licensed electricians as needed
