About this role
Position Overview We are seeking a dependable and skilled Maintenance Technician to support the daily operations of our residential treatment facility. This role is responsible for routine maintenance, repairs, safety checks, and supporting compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards. HVAC experience is strongly preferred. Key Responsibilities Perform routine, preventative, and emergency maintenance across residential and clinical buildings Complete repairs related to plumbing, elect. This is a plumbing opportunity with Ambrosia Behavioral Health in Port Saint Lucie, St. Lucie County. Plumbing installation and repair for water, drain, and gas systems. Involves running pipe, setting fixtures, and diagnosing leaks or blockages in homes and commercial buildings.
What you'll do
- Install and repair pipes, fixtures, and water heaters
- Diagnose leaks, clogs, and pressure issues
- Cut, thread, and solder pipe
- Read plans and follow plumbing code
- Assist licensed plumbers on service calls
