Pay up to $22 per hour based on experience and qualifications The Maintenance Technician in our Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) maintains the facility's physical infrastructure, equipment, and grounds. The Maintenance Technician ensures residents, staff, and visitors a safe, functional, and comfortable environment. Key Responsibilities Qualifications consist of supporting the Physical Plant Team with maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of: Electrical Systems HVAC Sys. This is a electrical opportunity with Turenne & Associates in Montgomery, Montgomery County. Electrical installation, maintenance, and repair for residential, commercial, or industrial sites. Work ranges from running conduit and pulling wire to troubleshooting circuits and reading electrical plans.
What you'll do
- Install wiring, conduit, outlets, and fixtures to code
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems
- Read blueprints and wiring diagrams
- Test circuits and ensure NEC compliance
- Assist licensed electricians as needed
