About this role

Integrity Realty Group, LLC seeks a dependable Maintenance Technician to support our multifamily portfolio. You’ll complete work orders, perform preventative maintenance, and respond to emergency repairs to keep buildings safe, functional, and attractive. Duties include plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repairs, unit turns, grounds and common-area upkeep, and vendor coordination. Working closely with property management and residents, you’ll deliver prompt, courteous service. This is a electrical opportunity with Integrity Realty Group, LLC in Parma, Cuyahoga County. Electrical installation, maintenance, and repair for residential, commercial, or industrial sites. Work ranges from running conduit and pulling wire to troubleshooting circuits and reading electrical plans.

  • Read blueprints and wiring diagrams
  • Test circuits and ensure NEC compliance
  • Assist licensed electricians as needed
