About this role

Lawson Products is seeking a part-time Maintenance Technician for The View at Belle Isle. In this role, you will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building systems, equipment, and common areas, using Lawson’s MRO products. Responsibilities include responding to service requests, troubleshooting basic electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues, maintaining tools and parts inventory, and ensuring safety and cleanliness standards are met. You’ll work closely with on-site staff, support e. This is a electrical opportunity with Lawson in South Norfolk, Chesapeake City. Electrical installation, maintenance, and repair for residential, commercial, or industrial sites. Work ranges from running conduit and pulling wire to troubleshooting circuits and reading electrical plans.
