About this role

Mancan is searching for dependable, motivated, and customer-focused Maintenance Technician. The position is responsible for maintaining the apperance, safety, and functionality of a 15-story luxury condominium community. The Maintenance Technician performs preventive maintenance, repairs, inspections, and groundskeeping while providing exceptional service to residents and working closely with management and contractors. Experience working in a high rise is prefer. This is a landscaping and grounds opportunity with Mancan in Naples, Los Angeles County. Landscaping, lawn care, and grounds maintenance. Crews mow, trim, plant, and maintain outdoor spaces, keeping properties healthy and attractive year-round.

  • Mow, edge, trim, and blow properties
  • Plant, mulch, and maintain beds
  • Operate mowers, trimmers, and blowers
  • Install and maintain irrigation
  • Remove debris and keep sites tidy
