Apartment Maintenance Technician The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for executing maintenance requests by diagnosing problems and making repairs and ensuring service requests and repairs are made in a timely manner. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Assist the Maintenance Supervisor on special maintenance projects, which may include preventative maintenance of building components and/or mechanicals Complete resident service requests in a timely fashion Make-ready procedures: Pai. This is a events and setup opportunity with Pratum Companies in Tice, Lee County. Event setup, teardown, and staging. Crews assemble stages, seating, and equipment, then break down and reset venues quickly between events.

Assist with load-in and load-out
Keep the venue clean and safe
