This role is responsible for performing corrective and preventative maintenance to ensure a safe, functional, and well-maintained living environment for residents. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, and skilled in a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks. What You'll Do Maintenance & Repairs Perform routine,. This is a events and setup opportunity with Gates Hudson in Portsmouth, Portsmouth City. Event setup, teardown, and staging. Crews assemble stages, seating, and equipment, then break down and reset venues quickly between events.

  • Move and stage equipment and furniture
  • Follow event layouts and timelines
  • Assist with load-in and load-out
  • Keep the venue clean and safe
