About this role

We are looking for Maintenance Technician to join our Team! We are a Wichita based property management group seeking a motivated team player to be responsible, under the direction of the Property Manager and/or Head of Maintenance, for the overall maintenance of the physical property. You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks. A Maintenance Technician that performs general preventive maintenance and corrective repair of buildings. This is a events and setup opportunity with KDR Services LLC in Wichita, Sedgwick County. Event setup, teardown, and staging. Crews assemble stages, seating, and equipment, then break down and reset venues quickly between events.

What you'll do

  • Set up and tear down staging and seating
  • Move and stage equipment and furniture
  • Follow event layouts and timelines
  • Assist with load-in and load-out
  • Keep the venue clean and safe
