POSITION PURPOSE: Under the direction of the Facilities/Maintenance Manager, this position is responsible for the care and upkeep of Save the Family and ARM residential properties, we are a non-profit organization that supports low income families with housing and supportive services. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Possess 2 years of experience in property maintenance. Since position requires frequent driving to various job sites to provide services and occasionally tra. This is a maintenance and facilities opportunity with Save the Family Foundation of Arizona in Mesa, Maricopa County. General maintenance and facilities upkeep. Handypeople handle repairs across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting to keep buildings running smoothly.
