About Us: Overview: You've got the skills and experience and can fix anything! Responsibilities: Perform a variety of Maintenance repairs such as fixing faucets, replacing light fixtures, help implement safety protocols, paint and more! Respond to Maintenance requests from our residents and from fellow associates. Clean and prepare apartment homes for new residents. Ensure proper storage of all maintenance supplies. Continuously monitor all areas of the community and grounds to ensure they are. This is a painting opportunity with Brightview Senior Living, LLC in Rockville, Montgomery County. Interior and exterior painting and surface prep. Painters prep, prime, and coat surfaces, protecting finishes and delivering clean lines for homes and commercial spaces.

  • Prep surfaces — sand, patch, tape, and prime
  • Apply paint, stain, and coatings evenly
  • Protect floors, fixtures, and landscaping
  • Mix and match colors to spec
  • Clean up and maintain equipment
