About this role

Brightview Senior Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our senior living community safe, comfortable, and in top working order. You will perform routine and preventive maintenance on resident apartments, common areas, building systems, and equipment, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and life-safety systems. Responsibilities include responding quickly to work orders, assisting with room turns, maintaining grounds and snow/ice removal, and supporting vendors. You’ll collaborate. This is a electrical opportunity with Brightview Senior Living in Canton, Norfolk County. Electrical installation, maintenance, and repair for residential, commercial, or industrial sites. Work ranges from running conduit and pulling wire to troubleshooting circuits and reading electrical plans.

What you'll do

  • Install wiring, conduit, outlets, and fixtures to code
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems
  • Read blueprints and wiring diagrams
  • Test circuits and ensure NEC compliance
  • Assist licensed electricians as needed
