About this role

The Lafayette is seeking a Maintenance Tech /Facilities Assistant to join their team! Shift Details Mon-Fri; with an on-call rotation including weekends PURPOSE The Facilities Assistant is responsible for assisting the Facilities Director in the overall maintenance and upkeep of the community. These responsibilities include, but are not limited to, assisting with minor repairs; collaborating in the identification, inventory and repairs as required of both large, small and on-going. This is a maintenance and facilities opportunity with The Lafayette in Lexington, Fayette County. General maintenance and facilities upkeep. Handypeople handle repairs across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting to keep buildings running smoothly.
