Pomeroy Living, a state-of-the-art independent and assisted living community , is seeking a skilled and experienced full-time Maintenance Technician to join our team. Responsibilities: Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on building systems, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical equipment. Conduct repairs and general maintenance on building structures, grounds, and resident apartments. Assi. This is a electrical opportunity with Pomeroy Living in Lake Orion, Oakland County. Electrical installation, maintenance, and repair for residential, commercial, or industrial sites. Work ranges from running conduit and pulling wire to troubleshooting circuits and reading electrical plans.

What you'll do

  • Install wiring, conduit, outlets, and fixtures to code
