About this role

Bach Team LLC is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support our residential communities along the Wasatch Front. In this role, you’ll perform routine and emergency maintenance on homes, including basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC troubleshooting, and exterior repairs. You’ll inspect homes, respond to homeowner service requests, and complete punch-list items to ensure quality standards. Working closely with superintendents and trade partners, you’ll prioritize work orders, doc. This is a electrical opportunity with Bach Team LLC in Kearns, Salt Lake County. Electrical installation, maintenance, and repair for residential, commercial, or industrial sites. Work ranges from running conduit and pulling wire to troubleshooting circuits and reading electrical plans.

  • Install wiring, conduit, outlets, and fixtures to code
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems
  • Read blueprints and wiring diagrams
  • Test circuits and ensure NEC compliance
  • Assist licensed electricians as needed
