About this role

Phoenix Senior Living, a leader in innovative digital entertainment experiences, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support our senior living community. In this on-site role, you’ll perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building systems, resident units, and shared entertainment spaces, including basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical work. You’ll troubleshoot issues, respond to work orders, and coordinate with vendors while upholding strict safety and regulatory standar. This is a electrical opportunity with Phoenix Senior Living in Hoover, Jefferson County. Electrical installation, maintenance, and repair for residential, commercial, or industrial sites. Work ranges from running conduit and pulling wire to troubleshooting circuits and reading electrical plans.
