About this role

In this critical role at The Carlin, 162 units older adult residential apartments community located in Arlington, VA. You will be responsible for maintaining the physical condition of the property, including buildings, common areas, and grounds. This position supports the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager in the daily property operations through general maintenance, timely completion of service requests, and participation in apartment turn-key processes and preventative ma. This is a landscaping and grounds opportunity with RHF in Arlington, Arlington County. Landscaping, lawn care, and grounds maintenance. Crews mow, trim, plant, and maintain outdoor spaces, keeping properties healthy and attractive year-round.

  • Mow, edge, trim, and blow properties
  • Plant, mulch, and maintain beds
  • Operate mowers, trimmers, and blowers
  • Install and maintain irrigation
  • Remove debris and keep sites tidy
