Maintenance Technician Location: North Myrtle Beach, SC 29582 Job Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-Permanent Schedule: Saturday through Wednesday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM Hours: Approximately 40 hours per week Pay: $18.00 to $19.00 per hour, based on experience Job Overview An established property management company is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to support operations at an upscale resort property in North Myrtle Beach, SC. This is a full-time, year-round, temp-to-permanent opportunity wit. This is a maintenance and facilities opportunity with Alianza in Little River, Horry County. General maintenance and facilities upkeep. Handypeople handle repairs across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting to keep buildings running smoothly.
