Maintenance Technician Posted on: 05/07/2026 Location: Dockside - Seattle, WA Hours: Full time - Monday through Friday 8am-4:30pm Reports To: Property Manager Pay Range: $29.20-$35.69 Position Type: Non-Exempt, union position. The Maintenance Technician will be primarily responsible for conducting routine, preventative, and emergency repairs. Responsibilities: General: Serve as a field representative of the maintenance department of LIHI. Represent LIHI in a prof. This is a events and setup opportunity with Low Income Housing Institute in Seattle, King County. Event setup, teardown, and staging. Crews assemble stages, seating, and equipment, then break down and reset venues quickly between events.

- Set up and tear down staging and seating
- Move and stage equipment and furniture
- Follow event layouts and timelines
- Assist with load-in and load-out
- Keep the venue clean and safe
