About this role

To ensure efficient daily operations of the grounds, buildings, equipment and inventory. Duties could include timely scheduling of vendors and quality of work performed. Purchasing and Budget control under the supervision of the Property Manager Primary Duties and Responsibilities : Responsibilities are to include the following but are not limited to the job functions as outlined below. Additional tasks may be assigned as deemed necessary to the productivity of the site and man. This is a landscaping and grounds opportunity with CIG Communities in Coco River, Collier County. Landscaping, lawn care, and grounds maintenance. Crews mow, trim, plant, and maintain outdoor spaces, keeping properties healthy and attractive year-round.

  • Install and maintain irrigation
  • Remove debris and keep sites tidy
